Pablo has over 12 years of experience as a consultant, executive coach and facilitator. His work is centered in improving performance through increased leadership and team development skills. He has worked extensively with senior executives of business, governmental and educational organizations.
Pablo’s multilingual and multicultural background has enabled him to bring a unique skills set to consulting projects internationally. His clients have included Plantronics, Capgemini, UBS, Waste Management, Petróleo Ipiranga- Brazil, City and County of San Francisco, UCSF Public Research Institute, SF Department of the Environment, and Head Start.
Pablo holds an MA in Clinical Psychology from Belgrano University in Argentina, and a MA in Organizational Behavior from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University in California.
In addition to his consulting practice, he teaches as a guest lecturer and workshop leader in organizational and educational settings in the US, Latin America and Japan. He speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese, and conversational Italian.
